TSpace

TSpace is a free and secure research repository established by University of Toronto Libraries to disseminate and preserve the scholarly record of University of Toronto.

Student Research in TSpace

Student research submissions are welcome with faculty sponsorship. To submit your research:

  1. Ask your faculty sponsor to email tspace@library.utoronto.ca with a confirmation that your work should be made publicly and permanently available in TSpace.
  2. On your own, complete the following collection authorization web form: https://forms.office.com/r/m80mHBYedR
    • Most collections require authorization to be granted before scholars may submit their work. While many departmental collections welcome student work, some departments may have especially rigorous policies and/or standards in place that may only allow them to accept submissions from faculty members.
  3. Ensure that you have logged in to TSpace with your UTORid at least once. Doing so will automatically create a TSpace account, thereby allowing us to grant you necessary account authorizations.
  4. TSpace staff will await approval from the faculty sponsor and subsequently alert you with next steps if your access to deposit work to the collection has been granted.
