Citation management software can assist you with the tracking, organizing and exporting of your references. The following information is provided to help you get started with Refworks or Zotero, however, there are numerous other options available for you to choose from.
Proquest Refworks is a cloud-based reference management tool that will help you manage your citations.
Zotero is a free program that provides citation management using your browser and an installed application (available for Windows, Mac & Linux).
