The annual Student Journal Forum (SJF) took place online February 18-20, 2025. Thank you to everyone who participated!
Now in its 10th year, this Canada-wide online event was open to everyone but targeted at post-secondary students in Canada who are involved with or considering starting a student journal.
This year’s forum included three half-days of skills-based sessions on project management, AI, and copyediting; lightning talks from Canadian student journal teams; a panel of student editor grant recipients, a panel highlighting the role of student journals in the open access movement and a panel on careers in publishing.
We look forward to seeing you again at SJF 2026!
Can't wait until next year?
