UofT Libraries Video Collections

UofT users are fortunate to have the Media Commons is on the 3rd Floor of Robarts Library. This film library's website is also home to a full list of all the Video Streaming Collections available online through UofT Libraries. 

You will need to login with your UTORID to access most of resources.  

Toronto Public Library Video Collections 

Have a Toronto Public Library (TPL)? People who go to school in the City of Toronto are eligible for TPL cards

While access to print resources is more limited due to COVID-19, if you don't have a TPL card, but have a Toronto phone number, you can sign up online for an Instant Digital Card.

This temporary card: 

  • provides access to Digital Video through Hoopla and Kanopy (also ebooks, audio books and music). 
  • is available to people age 13 and older with a Toronto cell phone that can receive texts.

New customers can enjoy this access until September 1, 2020. Please note that we do not know when this program will end. If you encounter an error message, please let Kate know.
