As of September 7, 2020, the UTSC Library partially reopened as a study space for University of Toronto students, staff and faculty. The UTSC Library is currently operating between 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday per provincial COVID-19 updates.
Study spaces are available by appointment to U of T students through the library booking system. Visitors need to tap or swipe their TCard or scan the QR code included with their booking confirmation before entering the library. Two floors of the library are open for physically distanced studying. Study rooms for small groups are limited to individual use. All visitors will need to continue wearing non-medical masks in the library, observe physical distancing guidelines and make use of hand sanitizers available on both levels of the library.
The UTSC Library Makerspace and The BRIDGE spaces remain closed. Please continue to visit the library website regularly for operations updates.
Visit the UTSC Library Reopening Frequently Asked Questions for more details on library access, study spaces and borrowing materials.
