Introduction
The guide is a companion to the library research seminar taught by Agatha Barc (Reader Services and Instruction Librarian, Victoria University Library).
The materials included in the guide are intended to assist you with completing the assignments associated with the course. They are highly selective and we have chosen them based on the subject matter of the modules and the course description.
Research Resources & Tools
in the Guide
The content of the guide consists of digital collections and reference sources associated with the various artistic practices and cultural industries explored in the course modules. It also provides links to additional tools on these and other topics, such as journal databases.
To help you understand how social and public issues affect artistic expression, the guide contains annotated lists of current-affairs podcasts, local, national and international newspapers, and general-interest magazines.
