Individual companies may release data about their own environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance in an annual sustainability report. To find reports issued by companies, see the ESG Corporate Reports tab in this guide.
While useful, these reports do not make it easy to compare or screen companies on their ESG performance - or to track performance over time.
A number of data providers provide ESG data and/or scores (relative indicators of performance). The Library's Li Koon Chun Finance Learning Centre (FLC) provides access to two providers:
