To find the call number of a University of Toronto thesis search for the title or name of author in the UTL catalogue. Some thesis are held in remote storage at Downsview. Use the 'Request Item' in the library catalogue to request the thesis to be delivered to the UTM library. Many thesis are also available in the databases below.

U of T students can access theses from American, Canadian and selected International graduate schools online through ProQuest Digital Dissertations. To access ProQuest Digital Dissertations go to the 'All e-resources tab' and enter 'dissertations.' Click on the title when it comes up. ProQuest Digital Dissertations indexes theses from 1861 to the present.
