Google Scholar

Google Scholar is a great place to find articles on multi-disciplinary science topics. (e.g. "brain drain")  For easy one-click access to articles owned by U of T, be sure to set up your Google Scholar Preferences for the University of Toronto Libraries.

 How to connect Google Scholar to U of T library resources:

Search "University of Toronto" in the Library Links section of your scholar preferences to connect your Google Scholar searches to the library's resources.

  1. Go to Google Scholar
  2. Click on Settings in the top right corner
  3. Select Library Links from the left hand column
  4. In the search box, type "University of Toronto"
  5. Check the boxes next to:
    • University of Toronto Libraries – Get it! U of Toronto
    • University of Toronto Libraries – Get it! UTL
  1. Click on Save
  2. A U of T link should now appear next to those citations that are available electronically from the libraries
