US regulatory filings from 1994+.
Companies House
UK regulatory filings; some private company information is included. Access to full text filings is not free but prices are quite low.

Contains US company filings which are listed in company search results or under the Company tab, select SEC Filings. Under sources, you can find Edgar and search for filings.

Capital IQ has some pre-1994 filings. Available on the Finance Lab terminal or in the Finance Lab.
