Learning Outcomes

Searching as Strategic Exploration 

  • You will explore different resource tools and identify what resource tool(s) will help you find the type of information you need. and then search and explore that tool.  

  • You will explore a resource tool using keyword search strategies, and refine your search based on search results and your information need.  

Scholarship as a Conversation 

  • You will identify the contribution a particular source (you find in a research tool) makes to disciplinary knowledge and course content.  

Information Creation as a Process

  • You will complete a module on podcasting or digital storytelling to help you get started on creating a digital essay audio or visual.
