Biblioteca Brasiliana Guita e Jose Mindlin
The Biblioteca Digital da Biblioteca Brasiliana Guita e José Mindlin (BBM) holds one of the vastest and most important collections of documents about Brazil, particularly those related to Brazilian literature, history, travel logs, spanning from the 16th to the 20th century. It includes digital maps, iconography, reference works, pamphlets and periodicals. As of 2021, there are 3,500 titles available open access in the BBM. Users are able to consult the materials on the site or download works.
BNDigital (Acervo Digital)
BNDigital only makes available documents in the public domain or with authorization for publication by the copyright holder, except for songs recorded on 78 rotation discs that can only be accessed in full at FBN's headquarters.
BNDigital (Hemeroteca Digital)
Hemeroteca Digital Brasileira is a portal for national periodicals that allows wide consultation, via the internet, of newspapers, magazines, yearbooks, bulletins and serial publications. Search options include search by title, period (of publication) and locality.

Founded in 2015 by the Biblioteca Nacional and Instituto Moreira Sales. Brazilian and Portuguese History and Culture: the Oliveira Lima Library
Most of the Oliveira Lima Library’s 19th- and 20th-century pamphlets – nearly all of them rare or unique -- were digitized during phase 1 of a partnership between the library and Gale Cengage Learning. The pamphlets cover such topics as colonialism, the Brazilian independence period, slavery and abolition, the Catholic Church, indigenous peoples, immigration, economic development, geography, agriculture, medicine and public health, international relations, and Brazilian and Portuguese literature. During phase 2 of the partnership between the library and Gale Cengage Learning, many monographs and rare books were digitized. In total, some 6,000 titles in the Oliveira Lima Library are accessible"
