International sources

Statistics for foreign countries can be found from international sources and country sources.

International sources are statistics collected from various countries by agencies such as United Nations or World Bank.

Country sources are statistics collected by each individual country's statistical agency. They are generally more detailed and up-to-date than the international sources. However, a country's statistical yearbook may contain only of the language of the country.

The Government Publications Collection (5th floor, Robarts) holds print statistical yearbooks for many countries. They are shelved by country under the country codes.
