Getting help at the library

There are many ways to get assistance with your research. Check our reference hours (bottom of page) to see when our reference and research services are available.

Chat Widget

Chat      Using the chat widget is a direct way to get immediate, real-time assistance. UTML staff run the chat from 12 noon until 7pm most days; Ask A Librarian staff - academic librarians from around Ontario universities - fill in 10 am until noon and 7 until 10 pm. This will allow you to stay chatting as you navigate the resources we may suggest to you during a chat session.
