Corpus Masoreticum
The aim of this project is the first ever scientific engagement with the Western European (Ashkenazic) Masorah tradition between the 11th and 14th centuries, which differs from the oriental Masorah not only with respect to philological content but also regarding its layout and mise en texte as masora figurata. By means of certain exegetical and artistic features, the Ashkenazic scholars tried to integrate the oriental Masoretic tradition that was originally developed as linguistic grammatical knowledge vis à vis Islamic punditry into Western European Rabbinic lore and law.
The anticipated results in this project will shed new light on the European history of the Masoretic Bible and its interpretation, and yield important scientific impulses not only for Jewish Studies, but also for Jewish and Christian theology as well as medieval art history.

Mission: To promote research on, awareness about, and engagement surrounding the many languages spoken and written by Jews throughout history and around the world.
Vision:
-Every known Jewish language variety will be well documented
-Resources regarding Jewish languages will be publicly available on the internet, thereby increasing comparative research, postvernacular activities, resources for Jewish educational institutions, and knowledge about the linguistic diversity of Jewish communities around the world
Holocaust Memorial Monuments
The digital database "Holocaust Memorial Monuments" is created to collect and preserve digital documentation about Holocaust memorial monuments, including standardized mapping, photography, description, and historical research. The database is a component of the Bezalel Narkiss Index of Jewish Art. When complete, the database will include all monuments memorializing the Holocaust in all countries affected by the Holocaust and wherever the Holocaust is commemo
Open Siddur project
The Open Siddur is a volunteer-driven, non-profit, non-denominational, and non-prescriptive community project growing a vast collection of digitized Jewish prayers, liturgies, and related works (historic and contemporary, familiar and obscure), composed in every era, region, and language Jews and related Israelites have ever prayed.
Mother Tongue: The Preservation of Jewish Languages and Cultures
Mother Tongue, a rescue initiative for documentation and preservation of Jewish languages spoken for centuries that are now endangered, utilizes audio-visual tools to document speakers from varied Jewish communities. It awards special attention to women’s language and culture and to peripheral communities whose voices have remained largely unheard.
