UTSC Contacts for Film

Do you have a question about the UTSC Library's film collection?  Here are some services and people who can help you.

Requesting Films for Classroom Use

Faculty may reserve  DVDs or videos for course preview and classroom screening. The U of T Scarborough Library maintains a collection of audiovisual materials that is housed with Course Reserve items.

In order to make an advance reservation, please email library-media@utsc.utoronto.ca or contact Adriana Sgro.  You can also use the library's DVD/Video Reservation form.

In order to process your request, the following information is needed:

  • title
  • screening date
  • course code
  • your email address

If the Library does not own a DVD or video, every effort will be made to obtain the requested material from another source. Please provide us with a minimum of 5 working days to fulfill outside requests.

Film Copyright

Questions about film copyright may be sent to Patricia LaCivita, Collections librarian.
