To get started on your poster, you'll need to create a Miro Education account (different from free account). The educational account for students lasts 2 years and provides access to: 1 workspace with unlimited boards and unlimited projects, the option to set boards a private, unlimited external guests, and pre-made and custom templates
Once created you can use the regular login page to access your miro account: MIRO Login

A Miro board is an online whiteboard that you can use to visualize your ideas, work on projects either individually or synchronously with your group.
You can move your board from your dashboard in the Education Team to URB236 if your instructor added your email or sent you an invite to join the team. Review these Miro instructions to move a board to another team.

Board settings are available in the top-right corner of the board. You can also open the settings by right-clicking canvas.
From the settings, you can:
view the list of shortcuts
Selecting Dots allows you to use the snap tool to align objects on the boar.
enable/disable snapping objects on the board
enable/disable the option to suggest object size
show/hide grid
show/hide reactions
show/hide collaborators cursors
go to Profile settings
You can create, import, move, edit, and delete objects on your board - all the changes that you make on the board are saved in real-time. Find detailed instructions in these articles. You can also watch these videos for visual walk-throughs.
You can set all of this in the board information card:
Create a title
Set a cover picture
Add a description
Add the board to a corresponding project
Mark the boards that you refer to most frequently with a star.
