To get to Web of Science quickly go to the library website and click on "popular" databases then scroll down to Web of Science Core Collection.
Once you are in Web of Science, enter your search terms into the search box. From the drop down menu, select where you will search for these terms (ie: topic, title, author, etc.) Topic is the most general search and will retrieve for you the most hits.
You can also limit your search by date.
Once you have your results, you can refine your search (decrease the number of hits) by selecting useful "science categories" like, in this instance, astronomy or by limiting the results to certain types of publications, like articles.
Articles that are available in full-text are clearly shown in the item record.
