Tips on Finding Articles in eJournals and Print Journals

If you already know the article you need, or simply want to browse through a Health Admin related journal in the UTLibraries collection, these links will help. Comprehensive topic searches are best started in an article Index.

eJournals will connect you to any electronic publication in the library's collection, and is useful for browsing a specific journal.

When you know the author, title, volume and page numbers, use the Article Finder tool.

Use PubMed to look up Journal Abbreviations. For example, enter "J Hosp Med" in the search box and limit as "Pubmed Title Abbreviations". Hit search and voila: Journal of hospital medicine.

This Gerstein library Journals link will answer any additional questions you may have about journals, and tell you how to find articles from other libraries, such as Ryerson U and the Toronto Hospitals.
