Sometimes what looks like an article in a journal, is actually a chapter in a book. For example:
There are a few clues in the citation that show this is a book chapter and not an article. The word "in" is one. The fact that the name of a publisher is included is another. And the last clue is that there is no volume or issue number; this is something journal articles always have.
