The purpose of this course is to familiarize you with fundamental Organizational Behaviour (OB) principles and applications. In this course, you will develop an understanding of the interdisciplinary nature of the field and examine individual, group, and organizational processes that shape how people act and interact with others at work. This will involve examining topics such as personality, motivation, leadership, group dynamics/teams, organizational culture, and change.
