Introduction: Finding the law of foreign countries can be challenging. Resources vary greatly by country. Countries typically only publish their laws in their official languages and as a result it can be difficult, or impossible, to find official english-language versions of their laws.
What this guide contains: This guide primarily provides English language sources for Constitutions, legislation and case-law, and it focuses on countries for which the Bora Laskin Law Library and University of Toronto Libraries have specialized databases or print material.
Process: Use the links to legislation and case law provided for jurisdictions, regions and organizations listed on the left side of this guide.
If the country or region you are researching is not listed: Use the General Sources page.
