This graduate seminar in industrial relations examines current issues in labour relations, and investigates their historical background as a way of placing them in historical perspective. Topics covered include: Globalization, Precarity at Work, Gender in the Workplace, Immigrant Workers, Unorganized Workers, Non-Union Representation, Occupational Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, Whistleblowers and Labour and the Environment.
