The Foreign Affairs Oral History Collection of the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training
Frontline Diplomacy: The Foreign Affairs Oral History Collection of the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training contains transcripts of interviews with U.S. diplomatic personnel capture.
Foreign Relations of the United States Online (1945-1988)
Foreign Relations of the United States (FRUS) presents the official documentary historical record of major U.S. foreign policy decisions and significant diplomatic activity. From the Lincoln (1861-65) through to the Clinton administration (1993-2000).
The National Security Archive
An independent non-governmental research institute and library located at The George Washington University, the Archive collects and publishes declassified documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act.

The Cold War International History Project (CWIHP)
CWIHP is based at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, D.C.
The Avalon Project - Documents in Law, History, and Diplomacy
Full-text of primary historical documents in the field of law and diplomacy (from Yale Law School).
Latin American Pamphlet Digital Collection
Scarce and unique pamphlets, primarily from Chile, Cuba, Bolivia and Mexico, published during the 19th and early 20th centuries (from Harvard University Libraries).
Vietnam War Archive
The Vietnam Center and Sam Johnson Vietnam Archive collects and preserves the documentary record of the Vietnam War (from Texas Tech University).
The Hoover Institution Library & Archives digital collections
The Hoover Institution Library & Archives collects both geographically and thematically. With more than 1 million library volumes and 6,000 archival collections, originating from 171 countries and in 69 languages.
League of Nations Archives
The League of Nations (1920-1946) was the first global international organization aiming to establish peace and cooperation and was the precursor to the United Nations.
Civil Rights Digital Library
The Civil Rights Digital Library Initiative represents one of the most ambitious and comprehensive efforts to date to deliver educational content on the Civil Rights Movement via the Web (from University of Georgina Libraries).

Archives Unbound (UTORid login required)
Gale's "Archives Unbound" includes a range of primary source collections (including an "International Relations" section). Particular strengths include U.S. foreign policy; U.S. civil rights; global affairs and colonial studies; and modern history.
