Use FactSet's BookBuilder application to quickly generate a standard or customized company report. Type in '@BOOK' in the top left-hand search box to launch this application.
If a company has not already been loaded, type in the company of interest and press 'Enter' or 'Return'. Use the 'Sections' menu on the left to see the content items available to include in your 'book'. Click in the boxes besides various content items to select these; these will appear in the right-hand 'Table of Contents' section. The sections can be reordered as desired. At the bottom of the 'Table of Contents' section, look for the 'Create Report' button to generate the report - this may take a few minutes. |
When you have logged into FactSet, you will see a menu at the top of the screen that looks like this:
Click on the 'Company/Security' tab and enter the name of the company you are researching in the search box on the left. FactSet will auto-suggest matches for your company name.

NOTE: FactSet offers limited third-party, external news and research. Please use other databases listed in the guide to find newspaper, magazine and other media about a company OR to find investment research reports. |

Click on the green downward arrow icon above most data tiles to download a specific tile to a spreadsheet or as a PDF.
Otherwise, look for a similar download icon in the top navigation bar to download all tiles displayed on screen.
