FactSet can be accessed with a free individual account OR via a Secure Remote Desktop option.
Individual Accounts
An individual FactSet account was previously requested on your behalf by the FLC. As a result, you should be able to access FactSet, using at least one of the two versions available:
If you do not appear to have been issued an account, please contact the FLC at utm.lkcflc@utoronto.ca so we can investigate and use the remote access option.
If you were issued an account but cannot access FactSet, please contact FactSet Support:
Remember: FactSet will send a passcode each and every time you log in to authenticate you as a user. Please check your official University email account for the email from FactSet containing the passcode.
Secure Remote Desktop
FactSet can be accessed remotely on one of the FLC's workstations, using UTM Citrix Cloud's Secure Remote Desktop solution.
For instructions on how to use this option, please consult this guide. Please note that free, downloadable Citrix software is required.
