ITA235: Italian Culture Through Food

Course Description of ITA235: Offered in English, this course charts the regional diversity of Italian food and examines various factors (early settlers, wars, migratory trends) that have shaped Italian culinary traditions.

Welcome

This research guide was developed to help the students enrolled in this course find relevant materials for Italian culture through food assignments and related interests.

You can use the tabs on the left to start your resource seeking journey through the U of T Libraries - there's over 40 libraries across the tri-campus!

Please DO NOT pay for articles or sources for your assignments - the U of T Libraries likely has access to the material you are unable to find; however, when we do not, we endeavour to acquire materials from other libraries so that you do not have pay out of pocket.

If you're running into difficulty finding materials for your assignments or projects, please stop by the reference desk or contact us through email, chat, or the phone (905)-828-5237 - we are here for you!
