It can be very helpful to clarify your understanding of key terminology (e.g. apocalypse, moral absolutism etc.)
This can also help you shape your argument and discover other terminology that can be used as search terms to find other supporting documents. A great source for doing so, is to search your term in Oxford Reference Online which will search encyclopedias and more in a variety of disciplines.

You can also try searching via the Search Articles tool on the UT Libraries homepage (it searches many databases at once). Use search terms which represent the main concepts of your topic, such as "apocalypse literature" as seen in the example below. This will provide a very large number of results but only the first 2-3 pages will be truly relevant to your search terms.
