There are three ways of accessing the ROM Library and Archives collection of auction house sales
catalogues.
1. For catalogues from the last five years: In person, by visiting the ROM's Richard
Wernham and Julia West Library or the Bishop White Committee Library of East Asia.

2. For catalogues older than five years: Online, by requesting a particular
catalogue or issue from UTL Downsview, through the University of Toronto
Libraries (UTL) online catalogue;

3. For any catalogue: Online, by researching records in SCIPIO, the Online
Computer Library Center (OCLC) database for art and rare book sales and
auction catalogues.
