Organizations represented include businesses, churches, student associations and community associations. Records from these organizations include restaurant menus, brochures about cultural events and community health initiatives and other publications.

Records from individuals mostly relate to immigration, including passports and other official documentation.

Also included are newspaper clippings from a number of Chinese language Canadian publications.
