Welcome
The University of Toronto Libraries support language education by bringing together research and teaching materials in second language education, supporting both the theory and practice of second language teaching.
The Libraries hold more than 10,000 volumes on theory, methodology and organization of second and minority language teaching; language testing and evaluation; and language policy and planning. The University of Toronto Libraries also subscribe to many databases, journals, and other resources to support language education. Practical resources for use in the classroom at various levels of proficiency and using diverse methods and approaches, are also available at the OISE Library.
This guide is intended as an overview of resource available at the University of Toronto Libraries for researchers and students focused on language education.
