This subject guide is meant to assist students, particularly those enrolled in IRE 1715, with research papers and assignments.

Welcome to IRE 1715 - Consulting Models, Practices, and Applications

From the course outline:

The course has two main objectives: (1) to introduce you to the field of consulting and (2) to enhance your consulting skills. It focuses on external consulting but will discuss internal consulting briefly. Our class process will be participative. As much of your learning will come from discussions and experiential exercises with your peers, it’s vital you come prepared to make contributions of quality to the content and process of our classes. In our discussions, we’ll practice our appreciative inquiry skills.
