If you have the citation to an article, you can use the Article Finder in order to see if the University of Toronto owns that article in Full Text.
Fill in as much of the information as you can and then select "Look up." If the University of Toronto owns the article in full text, a link to that article will appear.
Sometimes you may have a citation to an article, but the journal title might be abbreviated. For exampe, the American Journal of Archaeology might be abbreviated to AJA. Use this link from Indiana University to find the full title of the journal.
