This subject guide is meant to assist students, particularly those enrolled in IRE 1725 and RSM 462, with research papers and assignments.

Welcome to IRE 1725 and RSM 462 - Cross Cultural Differences in Organizational Contexts

From the course outline: "In the 21st century it is important to understand how organizations function in a wide variety of global cultures and contexts. This course will focus on understanding cultural differences in behaviour in organizations.  It will critically examine current research and theory in cross-cultural organizational behaviour, psychology and human resources management.  In addition to providing students with a theoretical understanding of organizational behaviour in a cross-cultural context, students will also have an opportunity to develop culturally relevant interpersonal skills via a variety of exercises including role plays and case discussions."
