Getting help at the Virtual Help Desk Service

Chat or talk using video with the Engineering & Computer Science Library staff virtually. The staff know about your design questions and are ready to help you find the resources that you need. The desk is open:

  • Mondays - Thursday: 12pm – 5pm & 7pm – 9pm

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

*Note: The service will be closed Monday, October 12 for Thanksgiving.
