Google Cardboard Technical Specification
This document provides the detailed technical specifications for the new Google Cardboard launched at Google I/O 2015.
It includes the optical design and performance specifications, mechanical design specifications, assembly requirements, and first article verification suggestions.

Instructions for Use

Download and open the VR app on your smartphone.
Open the top flap of the Google Cardboard headset.
Open the hidden flap, and then fold it over the headset. Velcro it in place.
Place your smartphone in the flap with the screen facing inwards.
Close the top flap to secure the phone in place.
Place the Google Cardboard over your eyes with your nose sitting in the slot. If you wear spectacles, keep them on while using Cardboard.
Enjoy your VR experience!

Take frequent breaks while using Cardboard. If you experience nausea, discomfort, eye strain, or disorientation, immediately discontinue using Cardboard.
Cardboard is not for use by children without adult supervision.
Do not use Cardboard while driving, walking, or otherwise by being distracted from real world situations that prevent you from obeying traffic or safety laws. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using Cardboard if you feel impaired or disoriented.
If you have had or could be prone to seizures, consult a doctor before using cardboard.
