Oxford Bibliographies in Chinese Studies is a multi- and inter-disciplinary enterprise covering the study of China across all disciplines. UofT subscribes to the Oxford Bibliographies, which is available for UofT students and faculty.

CNKI China Reference Works / 中国工具书网络出版总库
CNKI Reference Works includes nearly 12,000 reference works covering dictionaries, thesauruses, encyclopedias, illustrated books, biographies, handbooks, etc.
China Biographical Database Project (CBDB)
The China Biographical Database is an online relational database with biographical information about approximately 328,000 individuals as of October, 2013, primarily from the 7th through 19th centuries. The data is meant to be useful for statistical, social network, and spatial analysis as well as serving as a kind of biographical reference.
Eminent Chinese of the Ch'ing Period (ECCP) (清代名人傳略)
Eminent Chinese of the Ch'ing Period (ECCP) is a biographical dictionary published in 1943 by the United States Government Printing Office, edited by Arthur W. Hummel, Sr., then head of the Orientalia Division of the Library of Congress. Hummel's chief collaborators were Dr. Tu Lien-che (杜聯喆) and Dr. Fang Chao-ying (房兆楹), Chinese scholars of Manchu descent who were married to each other. The database is developed from the print version to allow for online searching, reading, and downloading of the ECCP articles.
Buddhist Studies Person Authority Database / 佛學人名規範檢索
人名權威-人物傳記資料庫 (台灣中研院史語所)
人名權威檔最初係以明清檔案（內閣大庫檔案、軍機檔、宮中檔等）為主要參考資料，另輔以故宮典藏之清國史館傳包、傳稿及清史館傳稿，再選取學界公認具權威性的史料，如《國立故宮博物院清代文獻檔案：武職大臣年表》、《明實錄》、《清實錄》、《清代官員履歷檔案全編》、《明代傳記叢刊》、《清代傳記叢刊》，及今人編纂的《清代名人傳略》、《清代職官年表》、《清人室名別稱字號索引》等做為參考文獻，亦使用《清代職官志》、《中國官制大辭典》等參考書籍。這些文獻的考證性經過排序，引用時，以具較高考證性者優先。為使讀者方便使用，合併傅斯年圖書館人名權威資料檢索系統，故本資料庫人物目前實已跨越明清兩朝，並與其印記人名資料庫合作，構建印記人名檔。此外與中國歷代人物傳記資料庫（CBDB）合作，近期並新增《清代硃卷集成》等人名資料。
清代職官資料庫（台灣中研院史語所）
包含「中央機關」、「地方職官」、「職官年表」，提供「職官體系」、「樹狀瀏覽」、「職官年表」三種檢索方式。
