What is a Dual-Language Book?

Dual-language books are bilingual. They are a useful tool for students who already have knowledge of one language when learning a new language. They expand a student's knowledge of the first language, which helps with the learning of English.

How to find Dual-Language (Bilingual) Children's Books

To find dual-language children's books in the OISE Library:

Go to LibrarySearch select "Advanced Search" on the right hand side of the page.
Navigate to "Search Scope" and select "OISE/UT Library."
Under "Search Filters" change "Any Field" to "Subject" and enter "bilingual books" as a search term.
Select "Search" in the bottom right hand side.
