A very good resource for browsing and searching systematic reviews of oral health clinical information. The Clinical Recommendations Tool can help practitioners make evidence-based clinical treatment decisions. Links to outside evidence-based dentistry resources including tutorials, glossaries and databases are also available.
Canadian Dental Association
Contains information about oral health, becoming a dentist, various services and resources, and so on.
Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care
Makes evidence-based recommendations on the inclusion or exclusion, content and frequency of a wide variety of preventive health interventions

Cochrane Oral Health Group
The Cochrane Collaboration is an international organization that aims to help people make well-informed decisions about health care by preparing, maintaining and promoting the accessibility of systematic reviews of the effects of healthcare interventions. The Cochrane Oral Health Group aims to produce systematic reviews which primarily include all randomised controlled trials (RCT's) of oral health.
