Reference help is available just as you enter the main floor of the library. Look for the red chairs and new large screens and tables.

Ask Us for Help
Use the chat widget you see on the right side of most of our pages to chat with us directly! This service is available 12 noon until 7pm on weekdays, with limited support during the same hours on Saturday and Sunday. If you want to be able to move from page to page and keep chatting with us, click the green arrow in the bottom right-hand side of the chat box to pop out a chat window.
If we're not on chat, it doesn't mean we're not available! You can drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and will get back to you!
Library staff are available to answer your questions, to provide research assistance and instruction in the use of information resources. The Reference & Research Desk is located on the main floor of the Library, right where you walk in the door. Come see us!
